The AGM will take place during the IoL’s National Training Conference (NTC) at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon on Wednesday 13th November 2024.

The National AGM is open to all IoL members although voting rights are restricted as set out in the Notice of AGM (the notes) below.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at:

The Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon

On:

Wednesday 13th November 2024 at 12:30hrs

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be to:

  1. To receive the annual report of the Directors
  2. To consider the Accounts
  3. To appoint the auditor

Notes:

  1. A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
  2. A form of proxy is enclosed. To be effective it must be deposited at the Company’s registered office so as to be received not later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting.  Completion of the proxy does not preclude a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting if he or she so wishes.
  3. If a member appoints a proxy but subsequently attends the meeting, they must inform the Secretary and the holder of the proxy cannot speak or vote.
