The Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (No. 5) (Wales) Regulations 2020 come into force on 21 December 2020 (other than Part 6 which comes into force on 23 December 2020) and expire at the end of the day on 31 March 2021.
The Regulations impose restrictions on people gathering, on people travelling and on the use of premises of specified businesses or services that are ordinarily open to the public. In addition, Part 2 puts 4 different levels of restrictions in place that can apply depending on the circumstances.
