The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions)(England) (No. 4) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020 have been published and come into force on 21 November 2020.
The effect of the instrument is to permit shops, stalls, Christmas tree farms and other businesses
selling or supplying natural Christmas trees to open.
