This guidance relates to the alcohol licensing provisions in the Business and Planning Act 2020 only.
The guidance has been updated to reflect the fact that temporary off-sales permission has been extended to 31 March 2025.
The Institute recently reported reported a policy u-turn that saw the Government extend the alcohol licensing regulatory easements relating to off-sales, set out in the Business and Planning Act 2020 (BPA), until 31 March 2025.
The updated guidance reflect the new policy change.
