DEFRA have advised that minor revisions to the statutory guidance documents for dog day care and dog breeding have been made and published. The revisions are listed below for information.
Dog Day Care Guidance
- Section 4.0 – Space requirement has been relocated to the position it held in the 2018 version.
- Section 5.2 - Sleeping/rest area requirement found in the 2018 version has been reinstated.
Dog Breeding Guidance
- Part B Section 1.0 – 1.1(c)(ii) has been revised to mirror the wording in the 2018 Regulations.
