The Home Office has issued the latest version of its statutory guidance to licensing authorities.
The Home Office has today (7 April) published its revised Guidance to the Licensing Act 2003 following the changes which came into effect on 6th April 2017.
The changes to the Licensing Act 2003 were brought about by the Immigration Act 2016 and the Policing and Crime Act 2017.
