NTIA Unveils Partnership with UniteVerse to Tackle Inclusivity and Safeguarding Challenges for Venues in Real Time Published Date: 22/09/2024

The night-time economy is a vital part of cultural and social life, yet venues and event spaces across the UK continue to face significant challenges around inclusivity and safeguarding. From ensuring safety for vulnerable customers to making spaces accessible and welcoming for all, the night-time industry must constantly evolve to meet these demands. In response, the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) proudly announces a groundbreaking partnership with UniteVerse, a forward-thinking platform designed to address these critical issues.

UniteVerse is a cutting-edge platform that promotes diversity, accessibility, safety, mental health, and neurodiversity. It also tackles loneliness within the night-time economy. This partnership is set to transform how night-time venues and event spaces operate, focusing on fostering discovery, community, and collaboration throughout the creative and cultural sectors.

NTIA and UniteVerse aim to drive growth and sustainability in the night-time economy. Through this collaboration, NTIA members will gain access to UniteVerse’s innovative platform, which will provide them with a wealth of resources, tools, and industry insights to enhance collaboration and support the continued evolution of the sector.

UniteVerse: A Two-Tier Solution for Transforming Night-Time Spaces
UniteVerse’s approach is rooted in innovation. It uses a mobile app and a SaaS product to create safer, more inclusive, and engaging experiences for all.

UniteVerse Mobile App: The app is designed to foster discovery and build community by connecting consumers with nightlife businesses in a personalised and meaningful way. By encouraging users to share real-time feedback, the app helps companies improve customer experiences and ensures venues are safer, more accessible, and inclusive. Whether patrons want to find their community or feel more confident about a night out, the app makes nightlife more welcoming and engaging.

UniteVerse SaaS Product: On the business side, the SaaS product equips venue owners and operators with valuable insights driven by real-time data. Through its intuitive, AI-powered chat interface, businesses can engage directly with their data, uncovering key trends and making informed, data-driven decisions to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. The SaaS platform integrates seamlessly with CRM and marketing tools, automating campaigns, synchronising reservations, and generating reports that offer continuous recommendations for improving customer experience and safety.

Michael Kill, CEO of NTIA, expressed the association’s excitement about the partnership:

“We are delighted to partner with UniteVerse, an organisation that embodies our commitment to championing and advancing the night-time economy. This partnership empowers us to offer our members exceptional resources and opportunities to connect, collaborate, and flourish in a rapidly changing landscape in real time.”

Silvana Kill, Director and Partnership Champion, added:

“We are excited to join forces with UniteVerse, an organisation that shares our dedication to supporting and enhancing the night-time economy. Through this partnership, we can provide our members with valuable resources and opportunities to safely connect, collaborate, and thrive in an ever-evolving industry.”

UniteVerse is committed to breaking down barriers within the creative and cultural sectors, providing a platform where consumers, professionals, and businesses from diverse backgrounds can connect, share ideas, and launch new initiatives. With bespoke content, exclusive events, and tailored opportunities, NTIA members will be better equipped to navigate the challenges of the night-time economy while capitalising on new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Adrian Norman, CEO of UniteVerse, highlighted the importance of this collaboration:

“The night-time economy is a cornerstone of our cultural identity, and this partnership with NTIA energises us to support communities and the incredible professionals and businesses that make them so vibrant.
