17/09/2020 Update: The last Note that the Rule of 6 was enforceable through the COVID Secure Guidelines only. It is, in fact, embedded in the Regulations which means that breach of “Rule of 6” (and extended households) would be breaking the law as well as breaking the Guidelines.
