The National Anti Fraud Network, that hosts the National Register of Refusals, Revocations and Suspensions, have published a set of frequency answered questions.
NAFN said:
"Licensing Authorities in England are encouraged to download the latest version of the NR3S FAQs.
"These include all the queries raised since use of the Register became mandatory in April 2023, and have been reviewed by both the National NR3S User group and the Department for Transport.
"If a query does not have a response in the existing FAQs, please contact us at licencehelp@nafn.gov.uk for support. We will ensure a response is provided and add it to the published FAQs in the Help section of the NAFN website."
