We previously reported on a London venue that was paid to break lockdown rules for a celebrity birthday party. London venue Casa Cruz, in Notting Hil, was paid £5,000 to breach lockdown opening restrictions to host a party for Rita Ora.
Following a licensing sub-committee hearing, the premises licence for Casa Cruz has been suspended for 6 weeks. Conditions have also been added to the licence, preventing the former DPS from being employed by or acting on behalf of the premises or premises licence.
Read the full decision including all additional conditions here.
The Met police was represented by Charles Holland and Gary Grant for the licence holder.
