IoL response to Welsh Government Consultation: Draft regulations and statutory guidance for mandatory licensing of special procedures

The Institute of Licensing has responded to the Welsh Government's consultation on the draft regulations and statutory guidance for mandatory licensing of special procedures.
The IoL response supports the views submitted by Environmental Health Wales a group representing Environmental Health Managers from the 22 Local Authorities in Wales plus the Port Health Authorities.
