The Fundraising Regulator and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (IoF) has produced guidance for safe fundraising during the pandemic.
The IoF the guidance, that was produced consultation with Public Health England and the Health and Safety Executive, aims to support charities and other fundraising organisations to be able to return to fundraising activities in a responsible way.
The guidance includes:
- Getting back to fundraising – planning and risk assessments
- Safeguarding the public and fundraisers
- Enforcement
- Respectful interaction with the public
