The House of Lords Select Committee on Regenerating Seaside Towns and Communities has received a response from the Government to its report, The future of seaside towns.
The Select Committee heard from various stakeholders, including Institute of Licensing Chairman Daniel Davies during the course of the review. The Select Committee were kept abreast of progress in New Brighton on the Wirral - a regeneration project known as 'Victoria Quarter' which Daniel Davies is leading on.
The Government’s response is available online and there will be a debate of the report held in the Lords chamber in due course.
