Further DEFRA guidance published Published Date: 30/03/2020

DEFRA has published further Animal Welfare Regulations guidance for local authority inspectors in England.The two further pieces of guidance are:

  • The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 - Guidance notes for conditions for breeding dogs
  • The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 - Guidance notes for conditions for selling animals as pets
