The Institute of Licensing has submitted its written response to the Draft Finance Bill 2020-21 inquiry.
The inquiry focussed on, amongst other things:
- New proposals for tackling promoters and enablers of tax avoidance schemes; and
- New tax checks on licence renewal applications.
