- Text Highlighted Pink remains from the 2010 BPG
- Plain Text is new from 2022 BPG in Consultation Document (with some added from 2020 “Statutory Taxi & Private Hire Vehicle Standards” Guidance)
- Text Highlighted Yellow has been added to the 2023 Final Document
The next Journal of Licensing (due to be published in March) will include an article by James Button examining the Best Practice Guidance in detail.
