The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) are undertaking a post implementation review of the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018 (the LAIA Regulations) to understand if the regulations have achieved their objectives and if any improvements are needed.
Defra have created a survey to gather views from the sector to understand how the regulations are working in practice.
The survey will take approximately 40 to 60 minutes to complete and will close 24 October at 11:45pm.
