COVID-19 Licensing Issues: IoL Protocol Updated (28 April 2020)

Update 4 includes the Regulations permitting remote attendance at council hearings, as introduced by Part 2 of The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2020 which came into force on 22 April 2020 and relate to hearings held before 1 May 2021.
