The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea have published it's summary decision in relation to Casa Cruz - the restaurant which hosted which hosted a birthday party for Rita Ora during the second national lockdown.
As previously reported, the premises licence was suspended for six weeks and conditions were added to the licence including conditions preventing the DPS from being involved in the premises in future.
The review was requested by the Met Police and supported by the Licensing Authority and Environmental Health, while the sub-committee received 44 representations from local residents supporting the restaurant, including one from a ward councillor and there were no representations from residents supporting the revocation of the licence.
