Business and Planning Act 2020 (Pavement Licences) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 Update

The Business and Planning Act 2020 (Pavement Licences) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 has been signed in to law.
The Statutory Instrument was laid in Parliament on 7 June 2023 under the Draft Affirmative Procedure. On 17 July 2023, Baroness Scott of Bybrook moved that the draft Regulations be approved. The motion was agreed to.
The purpose of the 2023 instrument is to extend the pavement licensing regime until 30 September 2024.
