BEIS are consulting members of staff responsible for decision-making on authorisation schemes (e.g. licences, permits, certifications, qualifications, registration processes and or similar approval systems) to complete thier survey. If your organisation authorises multiple schemes, the survey should be completed by multiple staff responsible for the different schemes.

Nous Group (Nous) is conducting the survey on behalf of BEIS as part of an evaluation of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 (the Regulations). The survey explores your experience administering a licensing, registration, or other authorisation scheme, including how this process might be improved.
