The "Alcohol licensing: guidance on temporary off-sales permissions" has been updated.

We recently reported on The Alcohol Licensing (Coronavirus) (Regulatory Easements) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force on 28th September 2023 and extend to England and Wales only. The updated guidance reflects the Regulations and extension of the regulator easements.
