Starting salary between £12.48 and £15.08 per hour
Part Time 14.5 hours per week (actual working days to be confirmed)
Based at King’s Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn
You will carry out visits, inspections, surveys, and examinations of premises in particular in respect of animal welfare licensing. You will undertake enforcement of animal welfare legislation for the licensing of animal boarding establishment, dog breeding establishments, pet shops, riding establishments and exhibition of animals.
You will have a minimum of 5 GSCE’s at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths with experience of working in a relevant enforcement environment. With a good understanding of investigatory procedures including RIPA and PACE, you will have experience of both informal and formal investigative and enforcement procedures.
