Our Licensing Hub processes over 360 applications per month for 4 Licensing Authorities
Our administrative team is expanding, and, in this role, you’ll be responsible for processing applications, offering advice and maintaining the licensing database.
Day to day you’ll be answering phone queries, handling mail (mostly electronic), responding to general enquiries, and processing applications for licences/permits and registration under all areas of licensing legislation. If you have experience working in a busy call centre, then you’ll know what it takes – being able to process high volumes of work accurately as well as providing concise and informative advice to telephone queries.
In our team, you’ll have the opportunity to with an experienced group of licensing professionals who will be on hand to answer all your queries and help enhance your knowledge of the various licensing regimes.
Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of licensing or experience using our licensing database (Idox) Uniform but training will be given and this is not essential.

Please note this role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
