This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.
This is a temporary post for 2 years.
An enthusiastic and flexible person is required to provide licensing support in a flexible manner, ensuring that effective, efficient and customer focused service is delivered using a variety of IT packages. To process licensing applications in a reception area including taxi and licensing act applications. To take payment and assure accuracy. Process correspondence/telephone calls and follow up issues to ensure timely response. To undertake any training and other duties appropriate to the post.
