Your role will primarily be the processing of applications for hackney carriage and private hire drivers, vehicles and operators, involving face to face appointments with the applicants, taking payments and dealing with all of the required paperwork and online administration.

You will also support licensing officers in their work dealing with applications for pubs and clubs under the Licensing Act 2003 and gambling premises under the Gambling Act 2005.

Previous experience or knowledge of licensing administration would be desirable.

You will need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines, with excellent communications skills and a willingness to offer the best service that we can to our customers.
