About the Role
The role involves processing applications made under the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, Animal Welfare Regulations 2018, Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 and the Local Government (Miscellaneous provisions) Act 1976 & 1982 to name a few. The role requires you to meet legislative timescales, guide and advise customers in respect of the various application processes, take payments, arrange hearings and complete legal documentation where required and to issue licences once determined.
