We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Licensing professional to take up the leadership of our busy Licensing team, as we prepare for the retirement of our current postholder. Our team currently works with approximately 3,000 premises, vehicles and people and in doing so plays a significant role in place shaping, through protecting the character of the area, creating healthy and sustainable communities and strengthening our economy.
We are looking for an experienced and confident Licensing professional with a proven track record of leading on and delivering high quality services that maximise the benefits of the licensing service. The successful candidate must be well organised and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to ensure our team delivers a high-quality service to our customers. We would expect the successful candidate to have had significant Licensing experience at a senior level.
